A woman who was once considered to be the world’s most famous pornographic actress on Thursday endorsed presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney at a strip club in California.
During an appearance at San Francisco’s Gold Club, “Queen of Porn” Jenna Jameson told WTSP that Romney was her guy.
“I’m very looking forward to a Republican being back in office,” Jameson said. ” “When you’re rich, you want a Republican in office.”
Former adult film star Ron Jeremy, who starred in more than 2,000 pornographic movies, alsorecently praised Romney, even though he will be voting for President Barack Obama.
“I think he means well, I think he’s a good man,” Jeremy said while promoting his new run in Boston last week. “I think the fact that he’s such an amazing father proves a lot. I give him a lot of credit. He’s raised some good sons. When a man is a really, really good father, that’s very important.”
As late as 2007, Romney had promised to put a “filter to block pornography” on every new computer in the U.S.
“I want to make sure that every new computer sold in this country after I’m president has installed on it a filter to block all pornography, and that parents can click that filter to make sure their kids don’t see that kind of stuff coming in on their computer,” Romney said at an event in Ottumwa, Iowa.
