Earlier this week, the Tulsa police department released dash cam and helicopter footage from the scene of broken down car that turned deadly when officer Betty Shelby shot and killed the 40-year-old Crutcher, who could be seen with his hands in the air.
District Attorney Stephen Kunzweiler announced during a Thursday afternoon press conference that Shelby would be charged with 1st degree manslaughter, and that a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
